Sending a request is free and without obligation. We design the artwork; the display itself is a separate order. Priority comes back to you in full as a discount code on that order, so it only ends up costing you something if you never place one. A request does not give you exclusive rights to the design — once it is finished it goes into the shop, where anyone can order it.
